Фрицморген такой смешной, старается, но не всё получается...пока

Лет пять уже пролетает.

Зашёлся в оргазме, что Уолл Стрит Джорнэл похвалил Аэрофлот.

Всё верно, похвалил. И за дело. Ну это неважно, что в той же статье говорится, что  при совдепии Аэрофлот был первым в мире по объёму перевозок, а сейчас даже не 21, а 22й, что 99% самолётов - это Боинги и, хотелось бы думать, наши "Бомбардье" (пусть покупают ещё) но это мелочи...

Но слона, по обыкновению, фриц и не приметил....
Может поэтому и ссылку на первоисточник не даёт...
Ну что ж, потружусь за него:

“The problem is not with the company, it is Russian politics,” said Marlen Manasov, a former member of the 11-member board who left his post in June. Board members “receive a directive that says from this year onward spend 20% on innovation, or buy only from small Russian companies. It’s the old way of Soviet state planning.”

That state influence occasionally has led to almost disastrous decisions such as the abandoned takeover of Transaero. Only Mr. Manasov and  Vasily Sidorov, another of the board’s three independent members, voted against the move, which they said was introduced to the meeting agenda at the last minute.

Aeroflot declined to discuss details of board discussions.

The decision on Transaero was only reversed after a month of debate within the government that ultimately ended on the side of those opposing the merger. People close to Aeroflot said the company, including board members, actively pushed back behind the scenes and lobbied against the decision, saying it would be a drain on the company.
Board members “may have to do certain things on the face of it, but in more intimate conversations may convey their honest opinion,” Mr. Sidorov said. “People aren’t just sitting around wringing their hands and waiting for instructions in the old communist style.”
And while Transaero eventually was allowed to go bust, Aeroflot took over its routes and planes, and committed to honor tickets the failed airline had sold.
The balancing act between operating as a state-owned entity and a public company—something that some observers say Aeroflot has perfected—gives some government officials little reason to push for privatization of Aeroflot. Russia’s government has offered to sell minority stakes in several high-profile companies in an effort to raise funds this year, from oil giant OAO Rosneft to the bank VTB.
Two finance ministry officials said Aeroflot wasn’t likely to be privatized this year. While they said the government wasn’t dismissing that possibility in the future, they believed there was little urgency given the relatively small amount of money at stake and Aeroflot’s impressive performance in the last year.
“They’ve managed so well that selling to some Chinese or Korean company will not improve corporate governance—and that is no insult to Chinese or Korean companies,” said one government official.
Despite the far-reaching makeover, Aeroflot hasn’t abandoned all vestiges of the past—the Soviet-era hammer and sickle remains prominently emblazoned on planes and employee uniforms.


Мораль-то проста: пропагандон берет только положительное, а критику даже не упоминает. Я у гандона забанен напрочь по всем соцсетям, как и масса другого народа, уже разоблачавшего гандона.
