Ничего так. Оригинально. Чувствуется слива, кофе, специи и что-то там ещё заявленное на этикетке с обратной стороны.
И градус подходящий - 13,9. Рекомендую. Если бы я был профессиональным дегустатором, то написал бы так :
Original tasting and review : This is Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon, California, 2011, finished at 13.9% alcohol and vinted by Two Rock Winery, Modesto, California
In the glass: Deep black magenta, opaque only an eighth of an inch from the edge.
On the nose: Poured at room temperature and swirled vigorously, shows fresh, deep, black crushed fruit. From the aroma, seems like this will be full of bright but bold fresh blackberry.
On the palate: The primary elements on the palate are in fact much as anticipated, with bold black plum fruit accompanied by a touch of deepening tannin. Ready to drink young, but offers bold layers even in its youth. Finish shows Indian spice with the black fruit.
In summary: Overall, rates an easy three stars on the five-star Spirit of Wine scale, making this a solid best value.
Но, поскольку я никакой не дегустатор, а простой уикендный выпивоха, то ничего и не написал. Просто получил удовольствие. А ещё мы смотрим британский сериал "Death in Paradise"
